Hope this is not a scam. I am here in Orlando at the moment if you have an address for villa, or management company or any where I could go check for you. Hope this is all just a misunderstanding.

Oh no...if they answered another email address maybe you should email from that address but asking about your booking? Doesn't sound good to be honest re your dates being available for someone else? Really hope you get it sorted, thank god you didn't pay all the money.. 😞 where did you originally see the villa? / book it through?

So sorry to hear of your troubles.
There is a sticky about checking details on villas so could check that out. I've checked the villa we are renting to check the owners are who they say they are, the link is below hope you get it resolved quickly. osceola.county-taxes/public

Where's the villa? Could be in a different county. Davenports in Polk and Clermonts in Lake. Not all villas are in Osceola.
