What do you do all day in Las Vegas

So much to do in Vegas, read some trip reports and view some online vlogs to give you ideas.

We just did 7nights out there in December, similarly I really wanted to see the GC and planned a day trip, however that changed to a 2 night stay after reading opinions on here, which changed to a 3 night stay after night 2 because we loved it so much and there's so much to see.
So if the canyon is the reason you're going then I'd recommend doing at least 2 if not 3 nights at the canyon then while in Vegas things we'd recommend -
Cirque du soleil
Ceasars palace buffet (via Groupon saved a few $)
Bellagio fountains/conservatory gardens thing
Mandalay bay aquarium
Visit the Venetian, NYNY and maybe Paris on top of those mentioned above I found those the most interesting from a non-gambling perspective
