Palms or MGM Signature

The Palms comes up slightly cheaper but I think it's further from the strip?
In your experience which one would yoy go for?
We are family of four who would really like to chill at the pool after a busy day or to split up a day within walking distance. Your opinions most welcome.

Definitely MGM Signature. Palms too far from the strip. At Signature you can use MGM pool which is great for kids, and Signature rooms are lovely. I love it there.

We stayed at Signature and loved it. Actually preferred it to Bellagio.
