If they somehow get their act together and get a deal through you will see a slight relief rally in the £.Markets are desperate for this.

No deal WILL see the pound tank, its not project fear its fact and every single person on either side of the fence understands this.
BOE have stated worst case scenario of £2 to 1 Euro .

However as much as I hate the incumbent government I don't think she'd be as crazy as to pull the UK out crashing. There are people , wealthy , who are hoping no deal happens because they will make a killing on the pound dropping through the floor.
But I still hold out that common sense will prevail and we will see a deal.That in turn will bolster the £ up more , albeit not dramatically of course, but will cause some much needed relief and stability.

I exchanged some today with Revolut, although it was Euro's are we are going to Spain this year. The rate seems to have slightly inclined on there for both dollar and euro.

I still need some more but going to see what happens with the market now, we don't go till the summer so plenty of time.

I took £1004 more at the John Lewis rate of 1.2849 today. Hedging my bets.
