Magic band selection
I'm sure its me being silly - but i can't find where to update the magic bands on the website.
i go to magic bands and it just shows all our previous ones and i can't for the life of me see where to click through to new ones (which were previously at the top of the page) on the front mage of MDE it shows a link to choosing magic bands but that just takes me to the same magic band page as i describved above. i've set them all up previously but wanted to check what colours we all had... is it just a little glitchy at the moment? i know when i booked fast passes last week i could only do it online as the app never recognised me as being in the "window" which was annoying (though i did get absolutely everything i wanted so can't complain too much!) |

I have just checked for you.
Not for this trip as we are in a Villa. However for our upcoming WDW stays I went to 'My Disney Experience' in the top right corner and hovered over it. Then I clicked on 'My Magic Bands & Cards' and the option is there to customize them If yours aren't I would ring the IT Guys who will sort it for you.

We are having the same problem. Have tried the app and the website and it just takes us back to the list of old bands. Will try again another day and if it still doesn’t work will have to ring them

I’ve been getting this error message since the weekend. I was just leaving it in the hope that it sorts itself out - I know I’ve already picked colours and names for this year but I wanted to check what I had ordered. Don’t think I’m going to worry too much about it until nearer the time.

I am having the same problem. Unable to choose our bands at the moment. Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

i had this issue last week I explained that international calls from Spain are expensive The IT department just sorted it out for me online

I had this problem a few weeks ago. I phoned the UK based Disney IT people and they sorted it out straight away 😁👍
