Unable to link my Disney tickets

Hi all, so having finally taken the plunge and purchased our 14 Disney passes I am now struggling to link our booking on MyDisneyExperience.

I have the Will Call confirmation number and have tried to link it using the iOS Disney App, but when I try to submit the link it says I can only link my tickets directly via their website.

When trying to link via their website I am getting the error ‘unable to process your request please try later’.

I mean seriously, how complicated do these guys want to make this process?

Anyone able to help? Is this a known problem?

I had same issue and couldn’t link the tickets using the app. I managed to link them on the full website. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. However I am unable to link via the app or their website. Looks like it’s going to be a phone call to their nice expensive 0800 line

You concerned me with this comment as I spent over an hour on this number the other week, but have just checked and 0800 numbers are free from mobiles - phew

When did you book?
Mine took 72 hours till I could link

0800 is free from landlines and mobiles. I’d give them a call, have seen this issue quite a bit on the Facebook group I’m on and they always seem to be able to fix it.

I’m the same. Bought last week, got a will call number but getting same messages as you. I’m going to give it a few more weeks then I’ll email them. I’ve got plenty of time till fastpasses so not too worried yet.

We fly out on 5th April so need it sorted. Will let you know if I manage to fix

Received the email confirmation with Will Call # on 1st Feb, so 10 days ago at time of posting
