Tide laundry. equivalent in the UK?

It may have been mentioned before, I did a search a search but it didn't reveal anything. Is there an equivalent to Tide in the UK? Was going to bring some home but DS's spoils from Webster's sort of spread to our luggage.

Tide is sold around the world under different names; in the UK, it’s called Daz.

Is it ? I'm sure Tide was sold here years ago ... and Daz was a different brand. (Mind you Proctor and Gamble seem to make them all anyway)

Thankyou, I vaguely remember something about Daz being the equivalent. Will buy some and try it out.
