iPhone vs huawei P20 pro

It’s phone upgrade time... my last few phones have all been iPhones but am considering making the leap to Android and getting the Huawei P20 pro as it gets excellent recommendations.

Does anyone have any thoughts either way? It would either be that, or an iPhone 8 or 8 plus.

I'm dragging out my 6 until it actually dies but a few people I know recently made the same switch and they all love the Huawei.

How tied into the Apple infrastructure are you in terms of paid apps, iCloud, etc? That would be my only concern going to Android, although I only have a couple of things that would have to be reset. Almost everything else is non-Apple cloud based so can just download again onto any device.

Neither get the OnePlus 6T. If your Huawei phone goes wrong you are in a world of pain if you have to deal with their customer support.

I switched from an iPhone 7 to a P20 pro last month and I'm very happy so far. The camera is great. I actually didn't find the change from iOS to Android that bad, I think my sister struggled more swapping from a Samsung to the P20!

The camera on the huawei is super. The pics are so crisp. It's a leica camera.

Think the p30 Pro is out soon so I'd be checking that out if I was due an upgrade.
I switched from IPhone 7 to p20 pro last year and I love it. My battery lasts for days and the camera is great!

Hi I allways had android and love the P20 Pro as if you take a look at the picture thread but I will say have you downloaded any aps on the I Phone which you paid for if so then you will not be able to tranfer them . Just a thought
