Nappys and baby wipes are expensive and nappies are sized differently
Make sure to buy drinking water or nursery water to make up formula and boil it as you would here before use All the rest you can pick up in the supermarkets if you are on site I'd probably do a Publix or garden grocer order to be delivered if you aren't driving |

Yes both will deliver Publix you will need to go through instacart
You can get the likes of Ella's kitchen pouches as wel as Gerber which is probably the most popular range in the US baby juice is also widely available I'd take calpol / nurafen with you just in case as none of mine nor our Gdks would take the us equivalent they hated the cherry flavour Steam sterilers bags or self sterilising bottles might be an option And I'd certainly take a couple of light hoodies or cardigans AC in resturants can be fierce at times |

We took our DS on holiday last September at 9mths.
We used self-sterilising bottles that could be done in the microwave, nappies, wipes, plastic baby spoons, formula, a baby bjorn carrier and lightweight stroller and lots of baby toys! Can’t imagine you’d need pouches of puree at 8mths old, DS ate just whatever we ate within reason but there was plenty of options from restaurants. He tried loads of new food which was a highlight of the trip. |

Daughter took 9 month twins last September.
We took nappies (much more expensive in Florida) wipes, powdered milk and some emergency pouches of food. We found the range of baby foods was much smaller than here but most of the time they ate what we had. Like Enchanted we took sterilising bags, lots of small toys, 2 lightweight pushchairs ( much easier to negotiate crowds than a double) and two lightweight baby carriers (fold into small bags) for the airport. Be aware that by 8 months they will be too big for a lot of the skycots. We took two pillows for the plane as they were on laps (stuffed them in two small bags so didn’t take up much room in hand luggage) and asked for the bulkhead seats when booking. |

For me I packed the suitcase full of nappies, formula, wet wipes, ella sachets and baby snacks as i know you can get it out there but knowing i had it and enough to last saved that worry of thinking 'we need to find somewhere that has bits' at around that age my DS had his favourite go to snacks like the wafers and fruit puffs, rusks etc i felt he settled well with some familiar items from home but mostly it was convenient to know i had it! He was weaning around that age so the sachets were great to help that process!
