Free half board at the Disneyland hotel

If you stay at the pink hotel what do you get with the free half board plan. Do we have to have the quick service park breakfast or can you upgrade to hotel ? I thought I read that this was the only hotel where the free breakfast was in the hotel. I am very confused though!

I've been told by the Dining Line that DLH is Inventions breakfast. Going next weekend, so ill confirm

I emailed DLH last week to check and they confirmed it will be hotel breakfast at no extra charge even though it's the counter service offer.

Another Tip. If your struggling to get an Inventions reservation on the Restaurant booking number, call the DLH direct (number in the Sticky) & mention that you'll be a resident, as the Concierge holds tables back purely for Hotel guests.
