We were told we'd need to phone Disney to ask for a 12 digit number exactly 9 months before departure, but when I checked our My Disney Experience account last night on the off chance it was all linked! Still waiting to customise our Magic bands as that part isn't available yet

Is that me you are asking?

If it is then the answer is that we booked with WDW direct for OKW and have just booked the flights with VA last weekend. I have a 6 digit numerical number from WDW. I emailed them and they told me to wait until 9 months before our visit. Doesn't really make sense when yourself and other people are travelling at the same time and have been able to link. Ah well, patience is a virtue (I don't have it! )

Small update,
I have sorted out our insurance, which is good. It was a huge worry because we have pre existing medical conditions but as it turned out it wasn’t that bad.

Also I got some dollors and travelers chqs when the dollor went over 1:60, so that’s some of the spends done, worried we wont have enough.


Also went in to the loft and the kids case are well abit damp so we decided to grab 2 cheap case’s, popped to Matalan and picked these


And also got this


We like to criss cross our straps so we know what cases are ours. Seen some with ribbons and stickers on too.

Great start! We are also staying at CBR (first time! ) in Sept so I will have tons of photos for you before you go
I booked direct with Disney on Friday night, called them about ten mins after to get my Confirmation number for MDE (eager) and was told I needed to wait 72 hours after booking and call back... fell slightly in love with the American guy on the phone!

27th April

Well that’s the universal tickets got and paid for, we wasn’t going to go but harry is right in to Jurassic park and dinosaurs at the moment so we thought we would and hoping the harry potter expansion will be open too.

We have also been waiting for all the park hours to come out so we can do a plan or a rough plan so I can book ADR’s in a couple of days, we are only doing a couple so no big worry that we wont get in. Saying that if we don’t get trex café harrys not going to be happy at all!


trexcafe/ menu looks good.

We have also decided that our car is to small to get every think in so my sister is going to run us to the airport on the Sunday, we will still stay over night and fly Monday.
