I would buy a cheap basic easy fold buggy-either from a boot sale or ASDA. There's nothing worse than having to carry a tired, cranky, sleepy and hot toddler/child when you've been walking around a theme park all day. It will murder your back. Its like carrying a bag of warm sweaty cats when they are fidgeting and squirming about. We took one for my eldest when he was 5-6 and long out of a buggy. He refused to use it at first but midway through the first day he was in it, under the shade and having a nice siesta! This meant that we were able to stay longer and he woke up to watch the fireworks and due to have a nice rest he was happy and focused. I got mine from a boot sale for £5 and gave it to a couple as we were leaving MK on the last day after watching them try and carry a sleeping child like a sack of spuds slung over the fathers shoulder.Needless to say they were very grateful.
