Dry fry with onion and Cajun spice then add cooked rice and petit pois. Use a bit of fry light to fry it all a little. Other vegetables can also be added. It's delicious and quite slimming as well. My son will only eat salmon this way. Let us know what you decide to do. Oops just realised that you have already made it.

I like just plain "ordinary" salmon. season with salt and pepper, roast in a hot oven til skin is crisp and flesh just cooked through. Green beans, new potatoes, butter.

Me too,I love salmon but don't think it needs any sauces or anything on it.

So after reading this I had to have salmon for dinner today, I sprinkled on some garlic powder, chilli flakes, then a drizzle of honey, and some soy sauce, and baked in the oven for ten minutes.
It was yummy.
