Iberia flight but with BA -what will be luggage allowance?

Looking at direct flights says Iberia but Operated by BA, what would your hand luggage allowance be and does anyone know how much per bag checked luggage? I am also a BA blue executive club member, does this allow you to be able to prebook seats or won�t I be that lucky?!

For free seat selection at the time of booking you have to have Silver/Gold (or higher) status or for free seat selection from 7 days out your have to have Bronze status.

Hand baggage:

1 handbag/laptop bag (max. 23kg / 51lb and up to 45 x 36 x 20cm / 18 x 14 x 8in) plus 1 additional cabin bag (max. 23kg / 51lb and up to 56 x 45 x 25cm / 22 x 18 x 10in)

For economy hand baggage only (Basic) on long haul flights
Online in advance :
First extra bag �40/$55/�45

Second extra bag �60/$90/�70

For economy (Euro Traveller) flights that include a checked baggage allowance purchased from 23 July 2018
Online in advance
To/from London Gatwick Each extra bag: �36/$55/�46
All other routes Each extra bag: �60/$90/�70

This is only on flights to and from Brazil. On all other flights the smaller bag size allowance on BA is slightly smaller

However, enforcement isn�t really very strict on this one.
