I have watched this from the beginning but I am starting to think I have missed something big. What is wrong with Mrs Thursday. Why is she so angry/upset

I was thinking the same, must have missed a part in the previous series. He's on a slippery path with taking money from his slimy boss!

Shaun Evans was on Steve Wright on Radio 2 the other week and it came up in conversation that in the "Morse" series nothing is ever, ever mentioned about
Thursday in Morse's memories, despite them having worked so closely together. Shaun just said "perhaps something happened...". If Thursday is thinking money is the only way to get his wife back, he'll do anything?

I hope he doesn't do anything silly, he seems to be at the end of his tether with his wife, seeing her dancing with another man, might push him over! Although the dance partner will probably be quite innocent.

Morse made a couple of upsetting remarks to him too.

Loving this series more than all the others and I loved them all at the time. I think Shaun has the older Morse off to a tee - Loved when he tweeked his ear last night when he was thinking about something - so old Morse (Miss him such a lot - was my fav series).
No wonder he never married after all the sad things that happened regarding women!

One of our favourite programmes. Love them all. So much was left unsaid in those days. Mrs T clearly not a happy bunny.
