Package vs DIY vs Annual Pass
Hi
Feeling like a newbie, and confusing myself with options! Hoping you wise dibbers can advise! I’m wanting to book Cheyenne for May half term, flying out from Manchester on Sun 26, returning Thurs 30 (these seem the cheapest date combinations for a 4 night stay in half term). We need two rooms as it’s us and DD (15), plus my mum (who will be 81 when we go, and is desperate for another Disney trip now my dad has a pendant alarm, so she feels safe to leave him alone) Options 1) just book via WDTC, either everything or hotel and tickets and flights separately. Advantage is that we could add on half board plus easily when booking. And we did this before. 2) book hotel, with tickets (via Hotels.com or similar) and book flights separately. If we do this, could we add on half board plus direct with Disney? I’d quite like half board as then we can have breakfast at the hotel, but it won’t feel like we are paying the extortionate €22 pp. 3) Buy Annual Passes, we’d need to get Magic Plus due to 30 May being a french bank holiday, but this would give us 10% discount on restaurants and shopping. We’d get a room discount as AP but I’m not sure how much this might be! and therefore whether this option is worth doing. (we’re not intending to go back within a year, but then we weren’t intending this trip either... until it was evident just how much my mum wanted to go! ) For info, the current UK offer gives us 35% discount on the cheyenne. All advice very welcome!

I would book the hotel and parks tickets as a package through DLP, WDTC or Magic Breaks - you will be able to add on the meal plan to your booking through any of these. Then you can book flights directly as this will normally be cheaper.
