7 Years since last visit... feels like the first time!
We fly out on Oct 23rd Manchester-Newark-Orlando on United Airlines and fly back 6th Nov Orlando-Frankfurt-Manchester on Lufthansa. First time flying indirect and with both airlines.
on arrival check into Lake Buena Vista Resort for 8 nights, stayed here 7 years ago so hoping its still as good, then travel down to Clearwater to the Sheraton Sand Key resort for 3 nights, only visited Clearwater for the day before so would love advise/recommendations for dining etc, we then travel back to Orlando for 4 nights staying at Marriots Grande Vista. We will have 14 day Disney passes and are looking to have one day at Universal so will buy a day pass there (any advice on pricing would be appreciated) We aren't ride crazy so will be taking it easy and only plan on one full day at MK on first day, then planning afternoon/evening visits to other parks to make the most of show/fireworks on evenings. Not planning any character dining this time as DS is 14, but would like recommendations for resort restaurants and off site, we have done Whispering Canyons but again hes too old for this now, and we can't remember where we dining off site before other than Bahama Breeze! This is our 4th visit but i feel like a newbie its been that long! |

I know what you mean - last year was my first visit in 21 years - it definitely felt like the first time as so much had changed - including Animal Kingdom opening!

Did you want to do table service meals at resorts or quick service?
Boma or Sanaa at AKL might be nice for you to try? Boma is buffet, Sanaa a la cart both table service and it's lovely to look around AKL too. I really like the QS at POR and AoA too and lots of lovely places to eat at Disney Springs. 😊 |
