Sewing craft ideas for fayre

Any and all ideas are welcome!

What items would you buy or suggest I make for my sewing stall at our local fayre? Last year I did some sewing for the first time in 30 years. I sold some tote bags, book marks, hand warmers and drawstring gift bags.

The tote bags were the most expensive at £5. It's so difficult to price because people are always looking for bargains!

So I'm looking for small quick projects that won't take too much fabric so that I don't have to charge too much for each item.

It Depends on your area but Pe bags, swim bags , sunglasses pouches, travel document holders , vegetable bags ? Just some ideas x

Depends on the time of year - I do a lot of felt things - so stuffed hearts for valentines day, mother's day etc, bats/pumpkins for halloween, stars for Christmas,

bit of ribbon, put some lavender inside and sell them to go on wardrobe hangers - plain felt ones tend to sell for the "magic value" of £1, sew on a couple of pretty buttons, charms or some lace and I will get £2-£4

if it is for summer, then knotted headbands, elasticated ones for baby girls etc

other good sellers are seatbelt pillows - make a small long pillow with a velcro flap top and bottom to fasten round a seatbelt in the car - fleecy fabric ones sell well, patterned fleece too.

Tooth fairy cushion ! small cushion with a 'pocket' for the tooth/£1 coin.

I agree there are loads of ideas on Pinterest and I could easily spend so much more time on there than actually sewing!

But I don't know what I'm looking for! I was thinking more tote bags and drawstring gift bags. Maybe some zipper pouches and fabric trays? What do you think? I like the idea of glasses cases, travel document holders and possibly venture as far as Christmas decorations and tooth fairy pillows.

Any other ideas are welcome. I am a beginner, so nothing complicated. People won't pay for complicated anyway!
