Hey girls, how was everyone's weekend? I went to Windsor for the wedding and it was an amazing atmosphere! Fed up on the weight loss front, currently 10st 1.5 and desperate to break the 10st barrier but struggling. I know my weight loss is going to be slower than others as I am not doing anything drastic in order to make it sustainable but I'm getting fed up of lack of progress. Need to incorporate more exercise I think

I have stayed the same but I'm not trying so as long as I'm not gaining that's ok. I'm still lighter than this time last year ! With no holiday planned I am just not motivated at all. At least the walking is countering the cake !

Walking definitely counteracts cake!
Well I have broken the 10st barrier today, a loss of 1.75lb this week to just touch under 10st at 9st 13.75lb!

Just about 3 weeks until we go on our jollies...
I have wired my mouth shut and am doing the juice diet...
It works... it's boring...I'm missing chewing food.
I'll weigh in on Monday and see if it's worth continuing..

Oh no, I had a moment... ok an ‘evening’ of weakness and ate half a jam donut, a packet of Doritos and three pink wafer biscuits. Im Pretty sure these items contain carbs 🤭
