I've just had another look and I was reading it wrong, it does look like it's in the lounge on the floor plan which is better but would still prefer the sofa and sleeper chair as it's handy when we are sitting around.

It looks like there are a couple of armchairs next to the sofa. I'm guessing these are smaller than other 1 bed units, so everything is being squeezed in a bit and there wouldn't be room to open out a sleep chair. I can't see any info about how many square feet they are.

This is the picture that I think is causing confusion. That looks like the single pull down on the left and the double pull down sofa on the right. It’s the living room as you can see the kitchen.

That's the studio which has a bed, sofa bed and Murphy bed. That's only a kitchenette, not a full kitchen in the photo.

This is a 2bed but I think we can assume the one bed will be similar. It looks like the drop down is under the tv

Nothing at all drawing me to it so far, be interesting to see if where they set the points does, it has a good location at least.

The small drop down murphy appears to be shown on the plan above (with a dotted line) in the bedroom, not the living room?

The plan I posted above for the 1 bed shows the Murphy bed in the living room, not the bedroom. Not 100% sure what you're looking at or seeing to make you think it's in the bedroom? The Murphy bed is only in the bedroom in the studio (for obvious reasons). In the 1 bed and 2 bed, it's in the living room.

That's the living room! The kitchen is next to it, with the dining area and sofabed on the opposite wall.
