I use accuweather - seems super accurate for here and over there.
It�s got a minute cast which will tell you the predicted weather in minutes for the next 120 minutes and will also show you a radar image

I used Weatherbug... it was what the lifeguards used at Riverside, and I thought if it's good enough for them, it'll do for me !
