USB at Newport Bay Club

Hi,

I’m staying at Newport Bay in a couple of weeks, does anyone know if they have usb charging ports in the room?

I've asked my friend who stayed there a couple of weeks ago, she said there are usb charging points hidden under a flap on the desk that she was able to use. They also have a UK plug socket that you can use.

I’m at Newport Bay Club right now (literally sat in front of these plugs drying my hair currently!) and we have no usb charging points in our room.
There’s 3 plug sockets in the desk under the pull down flap, one euro plug socket by the tv and another by the bed.

Maybe this is room specific. I only have a standard room booked.

I think I need to invest in some plug adapters.

No problem! We had a standard room booked and were upgraded to a compass club room. I bought the usb charger for about £2 from eBay! If you search for European usb charger it’ll come up

Slightly off topic, but I take one adapter and an English extension lead. Then I can plug in my devices using the UK plugs. I also have one of the multi usb plugs, but it's with the UK plug on it. X

We do the same! I like knowing that I can charge all my devices at once with just one adapter.
