We went to Lanzarote the first week in Feb this year. It was blue skies and 25 degrees every day. Amazing!

Coming back to wind and rain the UK wasn't fun though

It is often low 20s. Often some intermittent cloud. I go every year in Feb and apart from the odd day, normally it is decent. You can get unlucky, and you can get very lucky. It is a lot warmer than here. Last summer in Lanzarote for 1 week it rained nearly every day, so nothing is guaranteed.

Hit and miss.
Gran Canaria and Tenerife more likely to get better I think as slightly more south.
Cape Verde is your only other short to mid haul at that time.

We have been to Fuerteventura twice in first week of January (and at many other times of year too). Both January times the weather couldn't have been better. This January just past we had 20 or 21 degrees every day - doesn't sound very high but we sunbathed all day till about 4pm. Bonuses were a good price on the hotel and no trouble with sunloungers. Downsides were some restaurant and bars loked pretty quiet and not much atmosphere.

We’ve been to Tenerife a few times in January. Hot enough to sunbathe during the day but chilly at night.

Gran Canaria this year from 25th January to 1st February varied between 23 - 27 degrees. Once the sun went down it was a bit chilly, but only needed a light cardigan.

I've been to Tenerife in the winter and the spring/summer, and it was considerably warmer when we went in December than it was in May.
