Booking in advance for city walk?

I book our CityWalk restaurants via the Universal site (dining page) :

I’ve booked Hard Rock Cafe, Cowfish, Antojitos and Bob Marley this way and I think you can book pretty much all the table services from here.

What I have found is that they don’t generally make bookings available until about a month before (maybe slightly less) so you might need to keep checking back

Just to bump this, you can definitely book Cowfish through Zomato, the Universal website for Cowfish takes you there but as the above says, it is only a month in advance of your intended meal.
I have put it into my phone diary to book it next week for the night we want it in early May.
