We have DIY'd olnine in the past but had an online quote with Virgin that seemed reasonable. We went to store to check the quote but passed by TUI so thought we'd check with them. After visiting both Virgin & TUI, TUI beat the Virgin price by £650 so we booked with them.
TUI have been really poor since the booking, we were advised that we could book FPs with their Disney tickets at 45 days (completely incorrect). I had to chase for 2 weeks to get any confirmations of accommodation and we were later advised we can only choose our seats 2 weeks prior to flights. Unable to view anything online on our booking. The whole booking seemed too risky and we cancelled and lost our deposit. Booked through Virgin who have been excellent so far. Yes it was slightly more expensive, especially since we added our lost deposit but the feeling of competence and transparency has been worth it.

We usually book with virgin but this year got an online quote from TUI that was so much cheaper we couldn’t say no. So we’re doing 14 nights at all stars music with tickets aug 2019.The bookings been fine so far, linked to MDE straight away, seats on plane chosen and holidays confirmed, transfers included. Only negative is flying into Sanford so I don’t get to visit MCO but departure airport is near to home.

We have just gone with BA, £2600 for (2ad) flights, car and 10 nights in Aventura for this Aug. Will probably look at ATD/orldanoattractions/floridatix for tickets, just awaiting for hopefully a sale! We found booking random flights and as someone else on this forum suggested using google flights to see when the cheaper flights are really helped with price, we are actually flying from Gatwick and coming back to Heathrow.
