Spectacle wearers in water parks ...?

All those that have mentioned contact lenses please google the risks of swimming wearing them. It's really not worth it!

Have to admit I've never googled the specific risks of swimming with contacts, however as my optician told me not to do it I never have. DH has also worn contacts forever and would never wear them swimming.

I do wear contacts for the parks though when I very rarely wear them back home. A pack of 30 pairs lasts me around a year!

Mrs Jimboy2 wears a old pair with a sport band on them. Her prescription is +10 so really needs them

I wear my contacts. Prescription goggles don't work for me as I'd literally have to wear them everywhere , I'm a -10 prescription so would never be able to just go without as I wouldn't know who my husband was lol (I'm serious!)

In which case I would hope you would try and put people off wearing any type of contacts. The risk might be smaller but it's still there. Eye sight is precious and shouldn't be put at risk.

I just squint a lot! Leave my glasses on a lounger at our "base" for bits inbetween.
