The dreaded hours update email

I'm so cross, booked an 8.05am BOG reservation 180 days in advance, booked our fastpasses 60 days in advance, then 40 days before they change park hours 😡
We didn't book SDMT FP as our plan was to head straight there after breakfast.
Now the park is opening at 9am and of course, no fast passes left!

If Disney want us to book dining and fastpasses so far in advance, they shouldn't be changing hours etc past 60 days, it's not fair!

Your schedule that morning is still looking brilliant to me. Preorder your BOG meal. Be at the gates plenty early so you’re in n the first little crowd down Main Street, get a picture in front of the castle like you own the place, go in for breakfast and be out before the 9am firework lets everyone else through from the hub.

I wouldn’t say you can get out quick enough at CRT or CP, but you’re not waiting for characters at BOG and you can choose your food early, so as long as there isn’t a disaster, you’re still head of the queue for Mine Train.

All that said, I agree it’s annoying to plan everything in advance and then have hours change! Do they not appreciate that we have our perfect plan all set in our minds months ahead of time?
