We haven’t stayed in Salou before, just nearby in quieter La Pineda. But as it would be the first week in October I think Salou may be a bit quieter than summertime.

They do seem to have a good choice of offers in various European countries though so who knows where we will end up? 😂 Their website is easy to use too as it allows you to search from various airports, any country, and give the prices for every day around the chosen date. Also have filters for board, star ratings etc

We went to Duinrell years ago and it awas great... Before we had been to wdw so maybe be a bit more biased now but still fun times! Would return again and yea it's near to Amsterdam and also the Hague and leiden. As the Dutch trains and public transport system is so much better than ours, it's easy to get around without a car
