Hi all
We have booked a home at Terre Verde this year and are looking for reviews of feedback for Terre Verde it’s self. What’s the club house and Tiki bar like. That sort of thing.

We stayed at Terra Verde in 2014. Frankly it was excellent. Never used the clubhouse itself much but cool and well appointed. Communal pool was inviting & the Tiki Bar a very popular spot for snacks and drinks.

Several nights we walked over to it (we were 100 metres away) to avoid cooking or the intolerable strain of opening our own beer bottles.

Perfect location for WDW...we estimated door to door, (parking up at Magic Kingdom) was roughly 12 mins.

The only reason we haven't stayed there since is that we prefer a big lanai area beside the villa pool to hide from the sun rather than just a big parasol for shade. And many of the villas in Terra Verde do not have that feature. You'll love it.

We have stayed there a number of years, we always go July and they sometimes have stuff on at pool area, tiki bar is good and well priced, they have a lovely area to sit to enjoy cocktails.
All villa are within walking distance.
Easy route to wdw, Walmart close, lots of resteraunt.
Club house free coffee available at certain times.
