Peppermint tea is good for bloating.

As alternative you could try squash?

I love coffee. I’ve had to switch to decaf and I’ve also drastically cut down the amount.

I now mainly drink Peppermint tea, or water.

I love my coffee but limit myself to two cups on a morning now then switch to peppermint tea. Sometimes I really push the boat out and have lemon and ginger tea!

Chicory has the same taste as freeze dried coffee

You can get it in Holland and Barrett

I was devastated when I found out that I have an intolerance to coffee beans! I’ve started drinking this recently and really like it. Takes like coffee to me

Chicory is a traditional alternative or additive to coffee - who remembers Camp ?

If you like tea, try it with a slice of lemon instead of milk.

I wouldn’t bother with the ready-made lemon tea in a jar.

Great suggestions, thanks.

This morning I have had hot water with lemon... all I could think about was Lemsip 🤢😂

I am missing my coffee but it will be interesting to see if I feel any better without it
