So, plans have changed slightly!

We have upgraded and are now staying at AKL for five nights so we have decided against the Wanyama Safari since we'll be at AKL anyway and we'll probably try and get an ADR for either Jiko or Sanaa since we have the dining plan.

So I'm now looking for another option to replace that!

We have Discovery Cove and SeaVenture booked. My DM and DF want a cabana, so they'll be booking that anyway.

We have an amazing holiday booked and we're going to make some great memories. It's all going to be special so maybe I don't need to do anything else and just enjoy the fact that I'm going to be celebrating in my favourite place in the world.

Would still be nice to mark the occasion somehow though.

I have to say Wanyama safari is fantastic - when we booked it for my 30th it was only available to guests staying at AKL so am guessing this has changed? There were about 10 of us on the safari and we literally had giraffes putting their heads in the vehicle and got so close to all the animals. We then had meal at Jiko with wine pairings included - it was an amazing experience and even though we were staying at AKL was really special.
On our last trip we did fireworks cruise round Bay Lake for MK fireworks and this too was fantastic, especially with music piped in.
So many options, you best extend your birthday to your next trip as well 😉😄
