Mobile Surprise birthday treats

My brother and sister-in-law are going to DLP for her 30th birthday at the beginning of February. They’re taking their children, aged 9 and 6, and staying at Newport Bay Hotel (no dining plan as far as I know). My brother is a bit disappointed as my s-i-l is a bit of a control freak and has already ordered herself a cake to be there when they arrive. I’ve only been to WDW Orlando so I’m not sure what else he might be able to do to surprise her while they’re there. They won’t have alot of spare money and the kids are very picky eaters so a fancy dining experience won’t be possible. Does anyone have any inspiring ideas that I could give him please? Many thanks in advance 😊😊

Inventions is a buffet with characters and is a good experience.

If she has ordered the cake from DLP it will be at a meal. It’s made of ice cream or mousse and can’t really be taken away. It’s crazy expensive for what you get.

Little treat for free - go to City Hall and ask for a phone call from Mickey!

I would agree that Inventions would be a nice treat but it budget won’t allow, how about a character breakfast?

Get yourself on Etsy and order some custom "it's my birthday" ears and/or badge! She'll have CMs saying happy birthday all day!

I like those ideas! Someone got me some custom ears and I loved wearing them round WDW. I’ll pass those ideas on. Thanks 😊

Try Robberiffic on here for ears. I have been wearing some that she made me for years and they are so much more comfortable than the park ones.

If you do go to Etsy, choose a UK seller as the postage and customs costs from the US can be crazy.
