People don't seem to have had very positive experiences recently. It seems to be a case of either waiting ages for a table because of the fireworks or being rushed

We waited for what seemed like hours, and then the meal was a total let down. Our poor server tried his very best to hold it together but failed, so while other tables got given lei’s and were played ukulele tunes, we spent ages wondering if we were actually going to get a drink, and was at least one skewer of meat going to turn up before every other plate was scraped clean.

It’s not just this. We had an opening time reservation (4 or 4.30, can’t remember which) and still were waiting 25 mins past our reservation time. Both times we have gone there we have found it very disorganised and chaotic with no real reason. That plus I am not a big fan of the meat glaze has meant it is off our list for now.

Last summer we had a 10am ADR and I just looked back st my photos and we were seated at 10.40. We weren’t overly impressed with the whole set up & experience, including the service and food.

We have been numerous times and I now usually book for 30 mins earlier than we want to eat and have a lapu lapu while we wait 😁

We went 2 weeks ago and were seated within 5 minutes of checking in. We weren’t rushed through our meal, the servers were lovely and food was great.
This was the same as our experience there in 2017 though so maybe we just manage to pick good days to go!

We waited about 20 minutes last year for our evening meal and we really enjoyed the food and the experience.

We were there in April. We had 4:20 booked. We arrived early and they seated us at 3:50.

We went on Wednesday, checked in 10 mins early and the buzzer went off after about 2 minutes think it’s luck of the draw.
