Westgate palace?

Has anyone stayed in the westgate palace? We have booked it what is it like?

We have stayed here a few times. We like it. We walked to universal and IOA from here and there is a lovely TGI'S over the road.
Steer clear of getting tickets from them and be firm re the timeshare sell!

Hi we stayed from Xmas day until January. Was really happy with the accomadation and would defo return. Just a little warning, I read reviews before we went that mentioned about the high levels of chlorine in the pool and thought it wouldn't be that bad. It was. We went and spent a hour by the pool and the children's eyes were really bad so we decided we couldn't use it again. Shame really as it was winter and they had the pool heated to a really warm temperature. Any questions you need answering I'm happy to help.

Also if you plan and using the hotels shuttle they don't tell you it actually doesn't come inside the hotels car park but it pulls up on the main road outside by the bus stop. It has to be pre-booked the day before. We did plan to use it but we seen it pull away as no one told us were we was supposed to go, however it looked fairly packed with passengers standing and we had no intention of trying that with 4 little ones and 2 in prams. Would be fine if it wasn't busy.
