Now I am booked can I change to a different offer?

Hi
We are currently booked from 20-23 december in Sequoia Lodge on the one night free package on the UK site.
If free half board becomes available for those dates on U.K. site can I ring and change my booking to include free half board?
Alternatively if for example one of the other European sites has a flash sale can I ring and change my booking to that?

yes you can switch to a better offer if/when it comes on the UK site.

You would have to cancel and re-book (which comes with cancellation fees) if you wanted to use a non-UK offer.

Any idea what cancellation fees might be, are they a percentage or a set amount?

they are in your booking T&Cs - 15% plus the booking fee, and the % cancellation fee rises the closer to your check-in date you get.
