Hi we stayed on Chatham Circle last year for our 1st trip to Florida. It was an AOA villa through TCD and we couldn't fault it, had everything we needed in the villa and the location was excellent with it being just off the 192.

We have stayed there twice. It was a few years ago now but we thought the location was excellent. It was just off 192 and close to quiet a few things. I seem to remember we had a lake view villa and were so impressed the first time that we booked the same one for the following year.

We agree that the location is fab! So close to everything. Our villa was quite below par unfortunately tho and we just wondered if we were just unlucky or if others had thought the same. Thanks guys.

We have stayed at Chatham Park twice.
The first time was our first villa experience, and we loved the villa and the community. It is so central to everything. And Security were constantly "visible". However, when we went the second time we had had loads of problems with our TCD AOA villa in Lindfields, and were eventually moved to a villa on Chatham Park. The villas are fab and we loved the layout, pool size etc. However, we felt the Park's character had changed in the 3 years between visits - there seemed to be a lot more residential villas on our second visit there, and the Park seemed just a little bit "tired". We never saw Security driving around on our second visit. I don't know what it was, but I didn't feel quite as safe as on our first visit there,; I experienced a slight sense of uneasiness but I didn't know why. It could be down to a villa being in a different spot, but the second villa was only down the road from our first. There seemed to be a lot of hispanic youths lounging around or fixing cars on driveways. Despite there being some lovely Dibb villas on Chatham Park, it wouldnt be my first choice of villa location if we went back to Florida. Deb

Sadly AOA villas are really a luck of the draw option as the villas are allocated from what stock is available from the management company on the day you arrive, some can be all singing all dancing and some can be let us say a bit worse for ware.
As all the villas are privately owned (and not all owners offer there villas to tour operators) it is all dependant on the owner on how much they invest back in to the villa to keep it updated. Steve |

We stayed on Chatham Circle for 4 weeks last Nov/Dec and found it great. As others have said, really convenient location for access to to parks, eating and shopping venues etc. Felt really safe too with the regular security patrol. The villa was great as well, with the owner having decorated it outside with Christmas lights.
We're hoping to book again for next year. |
