Just booked a girls weekend in Lisbon for mid October. We are flying out early Thursday back late Saturday so 2nts. And staying centrally in an Airbnb. Any recommendations on must do?

Hi & sorry for the belated reply.
We went for 4 nights this Easter & really enjoyed Lisbon. A few recommendations are:
* ride a loop on the red tram, takes about an hour or so & then you can also hop on & off, you can get it from Praca do Comercio / Rossio Square
* take the local ferry from Cais do Sodre ferry terminal over to Cacilhas then a bus up to the Sanctuary of Christ the King - great views back towards Lisbon
* take a boat trip to Belem & buy some custard tarts from Pasteis de Belem as they are freshly made & taste lovely
* we also did a day trip to Sintra & Cascais which we booked via the apartments we stayed at & was a local guide with an a/con minibus, was a long day but very enjoyable & Cascais is a lovely seaside town & somewhere we’d like to go back to

We love the food in Portugal having been to the Algarve many times & if you do your homework & check reviews of the restaurants you won’t go far wrong.
We didn’t do the market at Ribeira but wish we had & I’ve heard a lot of good things about it & the food & drink served in it - I think you & the girls would enjoy this
