Nice Resort but make sure you swerve the time share tour. Only ever been to one of these and it was at Orange Lake, never again it was real hard sell.

I've stayed there twice & loved it both times. Definitely a good choice but have to agree with Florida buff definitely try to avoid the time share tour even if they promise free tickets. It's not worth it.

It's a great place to stay, but be firm with time share reps - No means NO
A friend is in discussion with Orange Lakes just now about handing his ownership back - it's worth nothing, but his annual maintenance bill is now around £500. You can rent a week for less.

Ditto with a capital D!

Horrible, intense, contrived, aggressive, unethical and so on!

I kissed the tarmac when we managed to escape! lol

It's a great resort my parents have owned there for 20+ years, they r a hard sell but as others say just say no!, u will need a car as it is a big resort, personally we r not fans of eating on site there r plenty of better places near by, but we do like to visit breezes, bar at west village after a busy day. I'm pretty sure I have some pics loaded on here

Mmm.. Breezes for lunch by the pool Still have lots of the mardigras beads they give out. Loved the way they matched them to your swimwear

Loads of places to eat off site now too with Rolling Oaks right by the entrance.

Re the hard sell, I was watching them in action as there was a small queue to check in... with a subtle nod from the desk team as they conclude check in, an escort then greets you and walks you from check in to the welcome desk... very slick. I have heard them say it's compulsory... it isn't and I happily walked past them, declining their services, politely smiling and received a sincere "Have a good day"

The sell for tokens for the river island tubes and funslides isn't really worth the wait either - especially as you are likely to be tired after a long trip. If you are keen, head back on a pool day.

On check in, book your complimentary mid stay housekeeping clean and if you are staying on site on your last day, you can book a late check out (12pm) for free as well as luggage room services.

Enjoy your stay...
