Is the shopping centre walkable from New York hotel does anyone know? Looking at the map I can’t work out if it is or not.

Thanks

If you go out through Newport Bay it's about a 15 min walk from there.

It techinically is walkable - but from New York hotel it will be about a 20 minute walk. Much easier to go through the village and hop on the RER, it takes less than 5 minutes.

Another vote for the RER.

Trains run around every 10 mins (the sign on the platform tells you how many minutes you need to wait for the next train) and when we went last year it was only €1.50 each way.

It's very easy to purchase the tickets from the ticket machines and there is an option to change the language to English.
