Anyone have any experience of DILAL A FLIGHT

We have a trip booked in August & want to cancel, its flights only with virgin & delta, Dial a flight won’t talk yet about re booking for next year, I see lots have rebooked for next year? I know people say you can’t book flights only until 11 months before but I’m seeing threads on other forums that say they have reboooked for july\ August 2021. Has anyone had any experience with Dial a flight?

Hi,

I had a booking with Dial A Flight for July this year.

They have been excellent with me. First they put back my final payment date and then when I asked what my options were (as I didn't want to go) they allowed me to cancel my flights and car hire. However, they have held my deposit (£700) and are allowing me to use it against flights next year - win win!

We've been using dial-a-flight for about 10 years, they're our preferred agent.

Most airlines don't release flights until around 11 months. I understand that some travel agents guess what the price will be for unreleased flights and sell them.

We used Dial-A-Flight for our first 2 Orlando trips and have had no issues with them at all. Yhe only reason that we didn't use them last time was because we booked direct with Disney

Thanks for the reply’s, I’ll contact them, we’ve booked for August but have payed in full for our tickets & car. We want to cancel & go next year. I’ll see what they say.

Dial a Flight are great. If you book car and flights its a package so you only pay a deposit and balance 8weeks before travel. I check flights on the ITA matrix and if I find really cheap ones give the details to Dial a Flight, job done.

Also, as its counted as a package, its covered by ATOL/ABTA.
