Moved from September to Feb

after much debating, we have moved our Virgin Holidays to Feb 2021, added benefit of flying from Manchester, and a little premium upgrade.
gutted not to go in September - but Feb will give things time to calm down a bit

How did you manage to get in contact with VH in the end?

We are due to go feb 2021 🤞 everything has calmed down by then im hopeful 😊

it took a while!..rang the usual number (invented a booking number) all in all about 90 minutes and all sorted.

genuinely feels like a weight off.

We'r v hopeful that by Feb everything should be fairly back to usual, and apparently the weather is nice that time of year

Did the operator not query the booking number entered being invalid when you got through? Also were you originally flying from Manchester?

Nope, all just absolutely fine, really nice lady, we were originally flying from Gatwick but luckily managed to change to Manchester , increased an extra night, added premium economy on the return flight, pretty much the same price as the cancelled September holiday

not staying on-sit, we have just got a villa, albeit with a night at CBR, no dining plan which probably made things easier.

Thanks. I'm holding out as long as possible before trying to call. We are on site but will lose the dining plan if we move. Hoping Disney announce something soon but if not we will have to weigh up the pros/cons of losing the plan.
