Name change issue with FairFX

I recently ordered money from fairfx and completely forgot that last time I ordered from them I wasn't married and my account is in my maiden name.

I sent them a bank transfer which came from my account in my married name. They are now questioning where the funds have come from.

I have sent then a copy of my marriage licence to show the name change but haven't heard anything from them. Admittedly I sent this yesterday but have been checking emails every 5 mins hoping for an update. I'm a worrier and this had me panicked!

Has this ever happened to anyone? I feel like such an idiot and wish I had just got it from the supermarket. Will they not send me the money until the have confirmed my name change?

I thought this would be a simple holiday task. Ahhhh.

Have you tried calling them...this is what I did when I had a problem.

Phew I think it's been sorted now. Will just have to wait 24 hours before they confirm then I should get my order.
