Question Paris RER closure this weekend - how to get to dlp?

It seems plans are all up in the now and could do with some advice.

We booked our trip months ago and travel Sunday. We’re catching the train into Gare du Nord and then the plan was to catch the RER to Val d’Europe (where our hotel is). This is the first time we’ve done the train option and had everything straight and planned.

Now checking to make sure I know ahead of time what connections we’re making I see part of route A on the RER is closed and I’m having trouble getting my head around how we get to Disney with the least fuss. Travelling with kids so was hoping to avoid the Metro.

Having not been to Paris itself before can anyone help with how we get there with the least amount of fuss? Best i can come up with is a metro journey, 10 minute walk to another station and then back on the RER.

Also if anyone has any idea on cost. Any help is most appreciated. In a bit of a panic tbh.

Have a look at RS Transports website, I think they do transfers from GdN.

Thanks for the reply. Just had a quick look and looks like they don’t include GDN or Val d’Europe as standard options (although could probably phone). Plus some of the reviews don’t look too good especially for upfront payment.

Luckily it looks like the engineering work is only going to effect us sunday, not on the way back but its still making my head spin trying to plan it in advance. At least it looks like if we get a Mobilis ticket from GDN we haven’t got to worry about multiple tickets.

GdN will come under ‘Paris city’ and ‘Disneyland’ will include nearby hotels including Val d’Europe.

We have used them before as have loads of Dibbers. You can pay in cash on the day which is cheaper.

Think we’re going to stick with the metro option as its half the price and I’m sure people have had no problems with RS i can’t shake the fact theres lots of negative comments on every review site I’ve looked on.

Think the plan is Metro 5 GDN to Gare de l’Est (1 stop), RER E to Val de Fontenay and then pick up the RER A from there. Looking on City Mapper it seems the easiest and cheapest (1 zone 5 single each from what i can figure out). Surely can’t be any worse than multiple tube trains or subway train in NYC can it? (Apart from the language barrier)
