Love breaded onion rings, never a fan of battered ones they look nice but meh lol... Ribs sound good!

Another vote for the breaded variety, I'm not a fan of battered onion rings unless they are very fine, thin onion rings.

Ooh to the ham, the ribs, the buffet, the mince pies - everything looks so good!
I had a go at the peppermint bark even though I only managed to source one mini candy cane! Much to my daughters disgust, my melted milk chocolate went thick and I managed to get the white chocolate lumpy and then burnt it 🤣 so she had to melt more white for me. If you watched the Christmas celebrity masterchef it was like Chrissy with her salted caramel sauce! This resulted in a very uneven chunky peppermint bark but I don’t mind as there’s only me that eats it anyway! Here it is -  Me and my daughters then constructed and decorated a gingerbread house. The roof kept sliding and it was very entertaining.  |

Wow some great meals on here! I'm not the best at cooking, much more a baker! I made our Christmas cake today - chocolate cake with candy cane buttercream 🙂 it's a little scruffy but tastes yummy if I do say so myself! Happy Christmas Eve everyone 🙂
