If so, you could call ANA to ask if the ticket and coupon status look okay on their end. The person on FT who was denied check-in suggested this.

Yes - as per your earlier post I got the web site to resend the booking confirmation email, with new e-ticket number on it.

Will try calling ANA.

Called ANA this morning and had the sweetest guy in Japan help me, he was so pleasant and made it all a breeze.

Cancelled my partners paid ticket (refund due!) and changed my paid ticket to match the dates of partners reward ticket.

So go on the 111th and come back on the 26th May, though arrive home on 26th due to time difference - we leave Tokyo on 00:10 flight on 26th so am calling it "late on the 25th"

Finally the mystery of the Saudia site was cleared up, and I was able to look at the reward ticket and the status is perfect.

The reason it failed to work for me for all those times?
When I pasted in the 13 digit eticket number, it got truncated!
When I typed it in, it worked.

Now, lets see if we can go in the end...
