Contacting Virgin Flying Club

I completed a form last weekend online with a query which I got a reply to yesterday. It said give them a WhatsApp, SMS, call or Apple business chat, but they didn’t give me a number.

Has anyone got a number I could use please to text or WhatsApp as I don’t fancy holding on for hours if I call!

Yes, sorry should have been more specific. Flying Club actually.

It's their listed number for WhatsApp, there is also a link to Twitter and Insta on their webpage too. One of these 3 should get you in touch fairly quickly.

It's varied really - anything from around 30 mins to a day or so. I'd imagine it could be a little longer at the moment though with the route restart imminent. I just find it easier to rattle off my request and then wait for them to come back to me rather than listening to the God awful hold music.

I'd be interested to know what the wait times are at the moment though - would you be able to report back please?

Hiya,

Sent my original text at 12.33 and had a response at 12.39.

I have asked for an advisor to contact me, so will update once they do. It does say it might not be the same day due to the unprecedented amount of contact they are having, but I don't mind like you, I can't bear being on hold forever!
