Perfect fit blinds

Looking at perfect fit blinds. Might seem daft but can you move them up and down like normal blinds or are they fixed on one position?

We're in the process of phasing them in, in our house. They look good and are easy to fit. We have the venetian type.

I would recommend Hillary’s blinds - as long as what you are after is months of hassle , incompetence , being lied to , speaking to 26 different people and ultimately some completely imperfect blinds.

If that’s not what you want , go elsewhere
