My granddaughter has Buddy who also visits our house when she’s staying. He’s got up to all sorts of mischief at our house including having a (cotton wool) snowball fight with a teddy bear, hiding in the Christmas tree eating chocolates and making a flour ski slope. Last year he excelled himself by managing to get inside a balloon, making a swing stretching from the upstairs landing, using some Christmas tree beads and my Christmas spatula and hanging from a light fitting in a pair of underpants!

We don't have kids... elves and monkeys yes but no children

Confusingly our elf is called Pixie! She is the traditional one from the states that comes with the book so moves about but doesn't destroy the house being naughty! Things likes plays blocks with the Oxo cubes, plays cards with some of the other fluffy guys, hides places etc

Our has no cute story to her name or anything, it was the first name DD thought of when we introduced her to the family. DD was 3. Our Elf is called Sarah, and she is a good elf and mainly likes to hide in random places... her favourite place to hide is in the christmas tree. She does set up a nice breakfast for us though on the weekend before the 1st of December and brings our calendars.
