Love them both, but Hard Rock is a meal then trundle off, whilst Margaritaville is a chill-out session with (excellent) scran, beer, cocktails, atmosphere that just sucks you in.
We stopped in for a "quick" drink and nachos on the walk back to Royal Pacific, ended up with full on meals, getting nicely drunk, listening to the dude singing and strumming guitar, and getting a balloon dragon from some fella on stilts for tyke... Cracking evening. Edited at 11:40 PM. |

Hard Rock Cafe
 . We’ve had very good service and food there on our last three trips (2018, 2019, 2020.) They’ve also been great with us being vegan.We were big fans of Margaritaville years ago but then had two trips where the food and service were bad (around 2017) so stopped going. Seeing as everyone here rates it so highly maybe we should give it another chance next summer  . I do agree with others that it has a good holiday atmosphere.

I got married at HRC Orlando so naturally a fan
But we're having 4 nights at HRH next year so will definitely try Margaritaville as we're always up for new food places!

We love Margaritaville and you get a different vibe inside and outside - both are worth trying out.
There is a nice chilled feel about the place and we are happy to take our time without feeling rushed.
