We've just used them for our day 2 test.

If you log onto their website using the email address and the password you had to set up when ordering you will see under your account the tests that you have ordered, next to the test there is a reference number for the order. This is the reference number you put into the locator form.

We have 4 tests and the reference number for the locator form was the same for all of us, but when you come to take the test the bar code on the test cassette is different for each person.

Just an update, we rang them for the return day 2 test code and the phone number wasnt valid it put us through to tui who sorted it for us.

One more question do you have to register your test kit in advance or as you do the test ? All it seems to say is you must register it first , and how long does it take to get the certificate to day you can fly?
Sorry for all the questions but this is really confusing me.

You register it while you’re doing the test so once you are home from your trip and ready to do the lft.
- sorry I’m confused by your question.. I assumed you meant register the day 2

If its a day 2 test you dont carry out until the 2nd day you are back from you holiday. You will need to have the reference with you to put on your UK passenger locator form which has to be filled in before you come back into the UK, then on day 2 of returning you carry out the test. All the insructions are included, it walks you through setp by step.

The certificates for all 4 of us came through immediatley as soon as we uploaded the picture of the negative test result to them.
